Towamensing Trails Resprentative Service
We live right here in Towamensing Trails and can act as your authorized representative at the TeePee for your rental transactions. For $10 plus administrative fees we will pick up rental materials and leave them at your home for the renters.
Rental Cleaning/ Inspections
Our professional team will thoroughly clean and inspect your home from the welcome mat to the highest corner of the house. A thorough inspection will be done to ensure everything is in working order and undamaged. You will receive a Post Service Report when the job is completed.
Hot Tub Maintenance
If it’s as big as the ocean or just for a cozy couple the water will sparkle in your hot tub. Chlorine, Bromine, or Baqua Spa; the chemicals will be balanced for optimum performance. The water will be changed and the tub scrubbed down as necessary, or sooner according to your schedule.
Home Monitoring
Have questionable renters? Is there a dry spell between rentals? Was there a bad storm? No matter what the reason we can go by your home to make sure everything is in order.
One Call Service
When you get that unbelievable complaint from a renter, you can call us to check it out. We are available 24/7 to be your personal liaison when you can’t be there. If you’re getting a delivery or need to show a possible renter around, you can count on us to be there.
